Performance notes

For best results use clip-on microphones for each instrument. DPA 4099 mics. are preferred. If not using a clip-on mic. then use a condenser mic. located near the body of the instrument.

A strong red spotlight located on the floor around the performers is preferred.
Smoke can also be added. If not available then red-colored spotlights from the ceiling can be used, surrounding the string quartet.
